Software Product / Growth Engineering
Building a SaaS product with growth built into the product experience.
ByteForm Planned
Growth experiments planned; existing founder product retained.
01 — The Problem
A SaaS acquisition funnel needs to connect interest with a useful first product experience. For ByteForm, the proposed focus is the path to a first useful form.
02 — The Approach
Proposed: map signup and activation, define meaningful events and identify where observation is needed before testing onboarding changes.
03 — What I Built
ByteForm is an existing founder product listed on this site as a Typeform alternative. Its application code is outside this repository. Event tracking, onboarding tests and conversion changes are not verified implementations.
04 — Technical Architecture
Product stack and event pipeline are not documented here. A tracking plan would first define event ownership, consent requirements and validation across signup, onboarding and activation.
05 — Results
No verified acquisition, activation, conversion or revenue data is available. The next step is to establish a baseline and check event quality before interpreting changes.
06 — Lessons Learned
A planned experiment is not a product result. Traffic and data quality should determine whether to run a controlled test or start with qualitative onboarding research.
